Every realistic London-to-Prague option uses the same Scotland, tournament and Italy plan. Only the three-night window changes, so price, travel and actual visiting time are directly comparable.
Choose the trade-off
Berlin remains the cleanest overall route. Vienna is the strongest non-Berlin substitute; Copenhagen wins if every transfer should be a flight; the shorter no-stop plan saves three nights.

Each route has a nonstop London arrival plus either a nonstop Nov 5 flight reaching Prague before noon or a direct scenic train of roughly four hours. Costs replace only the three-night London-to-Prague window; the rest of the selected trip stays fixed.
Ranges are per traveler and include the unchanged full trip. “Core” means transport + hotels; “all categories” adds the existing food and activity allowances. Berlin retains its published $6,655–7,585 range. Other rows replace only Berlin’s $314–434 per-traveler stop package with live transport evidence and a clean, safe $200–300/night room band shared by two travelers.
The shorter no-stop row also moves the outbound three days later and removes three paid nights. Its savings are real only if the Friday Islay experiences and Saturday Loganair return are reconfirmed before changing any booking. Fares are snapshots, not held inventory.
